- This invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development business, issue no. (45960).
- Delta State HIV/AIDS Programme Development Project (HPDP2) through the Federal Government of Nigeria has received Credit from the International Development Association (World Bank) towards the cost of the Second HIV/AIDS Programme Development Project (HPDPII), and It is intended that part of the proceeds of this Credit will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the Procurement of HIV Test Kits and Consumables following the National Algorithms.
- Delta State HIV/AIDS Programme Development Project (HPDP2) now wishes to invite bids from eligible and competent bidders for the supply of the following:

Note: Bidders can quote for one or more lots.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines; procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and are open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
4. Complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of “Twenty Thousand Naira Only (N20, 000.00) in cash/bank draft/’The document shall be collected by bidder’s or their representative.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the Delta State HIV/AIDS Programme Development Project II, at the address given below from 9:00 to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
6. Qualification requirements are as specified in the bidding document
7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 Noon on 8th November, 2013 and must be accompanied by a Bid security of “not less than 2.5%” of Bid Price in a freely convertible currency. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on 8th November, 2013 by 12 Noon, at the Conference room in the address below.
