- The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment and Furniture.
- The Bauchi Stale Public Sector Governance Reform & Development Project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of the following:

Qualifications requirements include:
- Evidence of previous Supply (Sale) of Similar Good Proposed for the fast two (2) years.
- Last Two (2) years Audited Financial Statement to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of Profitability and Adequate working capital.
A margin of preference for certain goods manufactured domestically shall not be applied.
A Bidder may quote for one or more Lots.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers January, 2011 (“Procurement Guidelines”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from The Project Coordinator, Bauchi State Public Sector Governance Reform & Development Project, e-mail- bauchisgcbp@yahoo.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00am to 4:00pm at the address given below.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only. The method of payment will be Cash or Bank draft in favour of Bauchi State Public Sector Governance Reform & Development Project. The document will be collected by the Bidder or his/her representative
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30a.m May 8, 2014. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 10:30a.m May 8, 2014.
- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
