Expression of Interest (EOI) for 3rd and 4th Quarter Training of National Assembly Legislative Aides
The National Assembly Management is desirous of procuring consultant for the Training of Legislative Aides for 3rd and 4th Quarter, 2015.
Requirements:
(I) Evidence of Company Registration (Certificate of Incorporation);
(II) Evidence of payment of Tax for 3years (2012, 2013 2014);
(III) Copies of Auditor Report for 3 years (2012, 2013, 2014);
(IV) Evidence of VAT Registration;
(V) Evidence of Financial Capability and Bank Support
(VI) Evidence of Registration with CMD or ITF;
(VII) Experience in conducting Specialized Trainings;
(VIII) Experience in conducting International Training for Public Sector with focus on Legislative Staff;
(IX) Proof of professional Management Development Certification; and.
(X) Experience in running Capacity Building Institution is an added advantage.
(3) Accordingly, duly registered Training Consultants that meet afore-listed requirements should formally submit Expression of Interest (EOI).
(4) All responses (EOI) are to be submitted in hard and soft copy sealed in an envelope, addressed to the Clerk to the National Assembly; and delivered on or before 12noon Tuesday 8th September, 2015 to the office of the Secretary, Tenders Board (Room 1.279, 2nd Floor Annex 1, National Assembly Complex, Three-Arms-Zone, Abuja).
(5) Furthermore, only eligible and Pre-Qualified Consultants will be formally invited for the submission of financial bids;
(6) Please note that the National Assembly is under no obligation to consider or even accept any Bid presented and also reserves the right to reject any Bid that does not meet the requirements.
