Expression of Interest for Corporate Affairs Commission Staff/Process Audit Introduction
The Corporate Affairs Commission was established by the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of 1990, to regulate and supervise the formation, incorporation, registration, management and winding of companies in Nigeria.
The Commission hereby invites competent Companies to submit Expression of Interest for Staff/Process Audit for the Commission.
Objective
1. To determine the adequacy of the number and quality of staff available to the Organization to meet its needs.
2. To collect information on the skills and competencies available in the organization.
3. To determine the effectiveness of staff utilization in the organization.
4. To identify cases of overstating and understaffing in the different department of the organization.
Pre Qualification Requirements
a. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission,
b. Full details of the Company’s Profile.
c. Evidence of filing of Annual Returns,
d. Curriculum Vitae of key personnel showing experience and technical Qualification.
e. Tax Clearance Certificate for three (3) years,
f. VAT registration certificate, g. Companies audited account for the last three (3) years.
h. Evidence of similar job carried out.
i. Evidence of financial capability or bank support.
j. Evidence of pension contribution,
k. Evidence of compliance with Section 6 of ITF Act.
I. Membership of relevant professional body
m. Evidence of Registration with International Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (IFRC)
Submission of Application
Applications are to be sealed with wax in an envelope indicating “Expression of Interest for “CAC Staff /Process Audit” and should be submitted not later than 2.00pm (Nigerian Time) on Wednesday 7th May, 2014 to the following address:

Interested Companies which submits EOIS within stipulated period to witness the public opening at 2.30pm Wednesday 7th May, 2014.
