Addendum to Advertisement
The Bioresources Development Centre, Odi, wishes to draw the attention of the General Public to the advertisement published in the Federal Tenders Journal, page 5, Monday 10th February – Sunday 23 February, 2014 editions.
We are by this advert expunging item 2 on the list of the requirement. It is no longer necessary for tenderers to be registered with Bioresources Development Centre, Odi. This item is no longer required for evaluation purposes. Consequently the new advert is.
Invitation for Pre-Qualification to Tender
The Bioresources Development Centre, Odi, Bayelsa State hereby invites interested reputable and competent contractors/suppliers/consultants for pre-qualification consideration for the establishment of an Integrated Bioresources Cluster Feeds Production Lines at the Bioresources Development Centre Odi, as follows:
- Production facility Block/Infrastructure – Lot A
- Acquisition & Installation of Production Machines for Grasscutter Concentrate Feeds – Lot B
- Poultry Feeds – Lot C
- Fish Feeds – Lot D
- Construction of Conference Centre- Lot E
- Accommodation for Visiting Scientist – Lot F
2. Requirement
All application for pre-qualification should be accompanied with the following documents for consideration:
1. Evidence of incorporation of the company/Business name registration
2. Evidence of tax clearance certificate
3. Evidence of financial capabilities; Bank reference letter
4. Evidence of similar project executed and technical capacity
5. Experience/technical qualification and experience of key personnel
6. Equipment and technology capacity
7. Evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of N10,000.00 for each lot
8. Evidence of Registration with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Remittance of Pension Contributions of employees for Companies with more than five (5) employees
3 Submission
Submission of pre-qualification documents.
All interested contractor/Supplier should make their submissions in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Pre-Qualification to Tender for Lot -” and must reach the address below not later than 26th May, 2014
