Re: Invitation to Tender

We refer to our invitation to tender dated January 31 2014 and to inform the general public that the closing date for the return of tender application forms and documents has been extended to March 7^th 2014. The bid documents should be spiral bound as earlier requested and accompanied with the following:

1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission including Memorandum/Article of Association/Form 1;
2. Evidence of Registration with the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission;
3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
4. Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s)/Premises and utilities Bill;
5. Evidence of payment of appropriate Tender and Processing fees for the project;
6. Evidence of Professional/Technical qualification;

Tenderers should note that the board in considering the tenders would not be bound to accept the lowest or any bidder. Late bids after March 7, 2014 will be rejected.
