The authority of Ojodu Local Council Development Area hereby notify the general public of the intention to embark on Road Construction, Construction of Drainage and Construction of Permanent Secretariat complex within the Local Council Development Area headquarters.
Interested qualified contractors/managers are hereby requested to bid for the following:
(a) Construction of Road @ Bamako Estate
(b) Construction of Road @ Jacob Sonola Street
(c) Construction of Road @ Osaye Street, Aguda.
(d) Construction of Drainage @ Anipupo Street, Phase II
(e) Repair of Drainage @ Jacob Sonola Street.
(f) Construction of Drainage @ Celestial Avenue Phase II
(g) Construction of Drainage @ Permanent Secretariat @ the Headquarters.
The Tender documents including the bills of quantities and drawings (where applicable and specifications are available at the office of the Council Engineer at the Council’s Secretariat on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira(N50,000.00) only for each tender as application fee to the treasury of Ojodu Local Council Development Area.
The Tender should be wax sealed land marked in capital at the left hand cover, “Tender” and should be addressed to:

Powerline, Oke-lra,
Lagos.
Please note that any tender submitted without full compliance with the criteria stipulated in this Notice will not be considered and that the Council reserves the right to accept or reject and cannot be obliged to consider favourably any particular tender.
The completed tender should be submitted between 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday through Friday not later than 14th May 2014 of this notice.
Requirements
Interested contractors/ bidders are expected to attach the under-listed requirements alongside the tendered documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation and Registration
- Company Profile
- Evidence of registration with the Lagos State Government and Ojodu Local Council Development Area.
- Evidence of Current Tax Clearance
- Evidence of Pictures of previous jobs (capital projects)
- Evidence of performance with reputable institutions.
The Local Council Development Area is not bound to accept or give reason for rejection of nay tender. Any tender received other than in the manner prescribed above will not be entertained or considered.
