Tender Notice

This is to qualified contractors for pre-qualification to tender for the:-

1. Wall fencing of Primary Schools at the following villages

• Ginzo
• Gadanya
• Sarkinya
• Kiyawa
• Gogori
• Kauyen Adam

2.       Construction/Drilling of 30 no Hand pumps at various locations.

3.       Repairs of HT/LT Lines along Rimin Dako Village.

4.       Reconstruction of feeder Roads from Kwanar Shanono to Aiajawa and Sate Sare to Baliawa.

5.       Construction of 20 no Daily prayer Masjid at various places

6.       Construction of 10 no block of Islamiya Classrooms at various places.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

All prospective contractors must satisfy the following pre-qualification criteria;-

• Evidence of incorporation,
• Company audited account for the last three (3) Years,
• Evidence of tax clearance for the last three (3) years.
• VAT Registration and evidence of VAT remittance.
• Evidence of financial capability,
• Evidence of verification list of similar projects executed
• Evidence that the contractor has the equipment and personnel required to execute the project.

Any interested contractor wishing to participate should forward his profile to the office of the Director Personnel Management Bagwai Local Government Secretariat
