Request for Expression of Interest (E.O.I)

Enugu State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure, on behalf of Enugu State Government Invites Expression of interest (E.O.I) from Companies with proven experience and competence in the execution of the following:

• Installation of LED Solar Lighting System at the Enugu State Public buildings, Including the New Secretariat Complex.
• Construction of Water fountains at the designated areas, Supply and installation of Lighting Protection System for Public Buildings, Including New Secretariat Complex, willing to bid for the proposed projects.

Condition for Eligibility for Bidding

(a)General Company Profile

• Full details of company profile accompanied with details of ownership.
• Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate for die last three (3) years (20111, 2012 & 2013).
• Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.
• Evidence of current registration with Enugu State Ministry of Works and infrastructure in the appropriate category and type of work.

(B)     Technical Capacity:

• Name, Curriculum Vitae (CVs) of the principal officers of the company.
• Organizational Structure showing personnel with good knowledge-base in procurement and Installation of Solar Lighting (Electrical) and construction of Water Fountains (Civil Engineering).
• Name, Curriculum Vitae, Academic Certificates and Professional Certificates of die principal officers of the company.
• Relevant and verifiable similar job experience. Interested companies are required to attach evidence of the notification of award of contract and the substantial completion certificate. implementation tools.

(C)    Financial Capacity

• Company’s current audited financial reports for the last three (3) years stamped and signed by a registered Chartered Accountant firm
• Bank from a reputable Bank
• Evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of N40,000.00 (Forty thousand naira) only.

How to Apply

All submissions of the pre-qualification requirements should be in two sealed envelopes, clearly marked on the top left corner “Invitation for pre-qualification, addressed to Permanent Secretary, Enugu State Ministry of works & infrastructure and submitted to the Director (PRS) of the same Ministry, at a date not later than 6^th August, 2014
