Tenders are hereby invited from reputable and experienced contractors for the construction of Local Government Secretariat building at Onyedega, Ibaji Local Government Headquarters, Kogi State.

Collection/Submission of Tender Documents
1. Tender document are to be collected from the Office of Director of Works, Ibaji Local Government Council.
2. The sales of tenders will commence from 10:00am on 11th December, 2013 and close on 24th December 2013.
3. Tender will be opened in Ibaji Local Government Secretariat, Onyedega at 1.00pm on 2nd January 2014.
4. All bidder documents should be in a sealed large envelope with the name of the company at the back.
5. All bids must be addressed to the secretary (Tender’s Board) Ibaji Local Government Council, Onyedega.
General Requirements
Interested contractors wishing to provide the above services must submit the following documents for verification.
a. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
b. Evidence of payment of tax for the last three years as and when due (i.e. 2010, 2011, 2012).
c. Comprehensive Company profile including registered address functional
contract e-mail address, GSM number facsimile number.
d. Verification evidence of similar job successfully executed in the past.
e. Reference letter from bank stating financial ability to carryout such service(s).
f. Current company’s audited statement of account.
g. Certificate of compliance issued by the National Pension Commission as
evidence of fulfilling employers obligations to employees with respect to pensions.
h. Evidence of training contribution to ITF (Industrial Training Fund).
i. Evidence of registration with Local Government Tender’s Board.
Payment of Tender Fee
Interested contractor are to pay a mm refundable tee of N50,000.00 and obtain receipts as part of requirement.
Additional Information
1. This advertisement shall not qualify any tender to make any claims whatever and or seek any indemnity from the Locale Government Council by virtue of their participation in this lender.
2. The Local Government Tender Committee reserve the right to reject any and or all tenders at their discretion and at no cost whatsoever.
3. All cost incurred in responding to this advertisement shall be borne by the Contract(s)
4. Non compliance to instruction/Directive will lead to rejection of tenders.
5. All enquires should be directed to the Director of works.
