Invitation to Tender

This is to notify the general public that Kebbi State Government wishes to embark on the construction of Bahindin Bagudo’s Palace at Bagudo for the

Financial year 2014.

Qualification for Bidding

All companies/individuals interested in bidding for the project are to forward the underlisted documents to the department for screening.

1. Tax Clearance Certificate
2. Tenders Board Registration Certificate
3. Letter of Confirmation of applicants banks on having financial capacity to execute or provide service to that limit
4. Certificate of incorporation of Companies/Consulting Firms
5. Memorandum and Articles of Association
6. Registration with Professional/ Regulatory Bodies as would be applicable

Due to the nature of the project, only Local Contractors/Companies are invited to submit their quotations.

Submission of Quotation

All contractors are to submit their quotation for the project on or before 14^th August 2014 to the Department for appraisal and recommendation to Tenders Board for the award of the contract.

Please note that the Department and the State Tenders Board reserves the right to reject any quotation (without assigning any reasons for the rejection)
