Invitation to Tender For 2013 TETFUND Main Intervention Projects
A. Introduction
The Kwara State College of Education, Oro hereby invite reputable and competent Companies/firms to tender for the following projects under the year 2013 Tetfund projects.
B. LOTS
- Construction and Furnishing of 400 seat capacity lecture hall CEO/KWARA/TETF/13/01
- Construction and furnishing of Academic Staff complex for School of Junior Secondary Education (JSE) CEO/KWARA/TETF/13/02
- Procurement of Office equipment and learning materials CEO/KWARA/TETF/13/03
- Purchase of a 30 seater bus for SIWES Programme COE/KWARA/TETF/13/04private partnership
C. All tender should be enclosed in a waxed sealed envelope clearly marked “BID FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLIES: addressed and submitted along with copy of Bursary Receipts for the payment of non-refundable processing fees of N20,000= (N) per lots to: Kwara State College of Education, Oro
D. All tender should contain the following documents.
(i) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of Registration with the College.
(iii) Audited Account for the past 3 years
(iv) Current Tax Clearance Certificate
(v) Evidence of performance on similar projects – contract award letter and completion certificate
(vi) Evidence of PENCOM Registration and Remittance(s)
(vii) Company Resume/Profile including details of key officers, equipments and machineries owned or hired, letter from Bank indicating the financial
capabilities.
