Invitation to tender
The authority of Mushin Local Government Area hereby notify the general public of the intention to embark on Rood Construction, School buildings, Construction of drainage, Primary Healthcare Centre, Manager of its Library, Construction of Ultra Modern Event Centre etc.
Interested qualified contractors/Managers are hereby requested to bid for the followings:
- Management of the Mushin Library.
- Construction of Ultra-Modern Event Centre at Zone D.
- Construction of Tadeyo, Aborishade, Oriyomi roads etc.
- Rehabilitation of Ijesha Primary Healthcare Centre
- Rehabilitation of Mushin Local Government Secretariat annex at Oluyide street, Mushin.
The tender documents including the bills of quantities and drawing (where applicable and specification are available at the office of the Council Engineer at the Council Secretariat’s address shown below on the payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20,000.00) for each tender.
The Tender documents should be wax-sealed land-marked in capital at the left hand cover Tender and should be addressed to:

The completed tender should be submitted between 8.am-4.00pm Monday through Friday, not later than 7th May, 2014. Interested Contractors/bidder are expected to attach the under-listed requirements alongside the tendered documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation and registration
- Company profile
- Evidence of registration with the Lagos State Government and Mushin Local Government
- Evidence of current Tax clearance
- Evidence of pictures of previous jobs (Capital Projects) done for Governments or any other reputable organization.
- Evidence of performance with reputable financial Institutions.
