Invitation to Tender

Introduction

Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Kazaure wishes to invite competent   Contractors/Suppliers to submit their pre-qualification documents for the following projects, under 2011/2012 Merged TETFUND Intervention Projects

1.       Renovation/Conversion of dilapidated building to Civil Engineering Workshop. FPOLY/KAZAURE/TETFUND/11-12/01

2.       Renovation of classroom blocks A, B, C and D. FPOLY/KAZAURE/TETFUND/11-12/02

3.       Construction of one-storey block of 20No. Academic Staff Offices. FPOLY/KAZAURE/TETFUND/11-12/03

4.       Construction of offices for College of Agricultural Technology and College of Engineering. FPOLY/KAZAURE/TETFUND/11-12/04

5.       Procurement of Office Furniture. FPOLY/KAZAURE/ TETFUND/11-12/05

6.       Procurement of 20No. Laptop computers FPOLY/KAZAURE/       TETFUND/11-12/06

Prequalification Requirements

Interested Companies are required to submit the following documents:

(i)      Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission

(C.A.C.)

(ii)     Evidence from the company’s Bankers as to their Financial Capacity to undertake the services

(iii)    Evidence of Tax clearance (tax clearance certificate for the last three years)

(iv)    Evidence of VAT remittance

(v)     Evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN)

(vi)    Evidence of compliance with new Pension Reform 2004

(vii)   Evidence of qualified Technical/Professional Staff

(viii)  A comprehensive company profile to include verifiable key professional staff and evidence of financial capability.

(ix)    Certified Audited Accounts of the company for the last three years

(x)     Evidence of similar jobs undertaken; and

(xi)    Evidence of registration with professional body

Submission of Tender Documents

The Documents should be submitted in the following prescribed manner:

1.       The contractor/supplier shall enclose the document in a sealed envelope, duly making the envelope as “Tender Documents for ……..stating the project.

2.      The envelope shall then:

(a)     Bear the name and address of the Contractor

(b)    Be addressed to The Registrar, Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, P.M.B. 5004 Kazaure, Jigawa State.

(c)     Bear the name of the Project of Interest.

3.      The envelopes shall be dropped in the Tender Box provided in front of the Council Chamber.

Closing of Submission:- Submission of Tender Documents closes on 1^st  April, 2014 at 2: 00pm

Opening of Tender Document:- All the tender document envelopes received will be opened on 8^th April, 2014 at 2: 00pm at the Council Chamber, Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic Kazaure.
