Federal Government College Rubochi intends to carry out construction, Rehabilitation and procurement as part of its capital project for year 2014.
The projects include:
- Construction of a Block of VIP 4 no. Toilets and 4 no. Bathrooms Renovation of 48 No. toilets/Bathrooms (Hostels and classrooms areas)
- Construction of a Modem Kitchen.
- Supply of 1 no. Water Tanker with 10,000 Liters Capacity (Mercedes Benz 911).
- Construction of a Solar Powered Borehole and Overhead Tank.
- Construction of 1 Block of 2 Bedroom of 5 Units Staff Quarter.
- Renovation of Junior and Senior Boys Hostel.
- Establishment of Water Treatment Facilities.
Tendering Requirements:
Interested and competent contractors wishing to carry out the above listed jobs are required to submit the following documents:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of Current Tax Clearance for the last three years ending in December 2013.
- Evidence of VAT registration Certificate with tin number
- Evidence of Financial Capability.
- Evidence of issuance of Compliance certificate to all Organization by PENCOM.
- Evidence of previous job experience.
All applications for pre-qualification must be in line with due process guidelines.
Tender documents are available for purchase at a non – refundable fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000)only from the College. Tender documents to be purchased include:
- Building plan and structure
- Blank copy of Bill of Quantity.
Submission of Tender Documents:
The above documents must be submitted in sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Technical Bill” and Financial Bid” and title of project and shall be delivered to:
