The Management of the Federal University of Technology, Minna hereby invites interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience and good track record to apply to prequalify/ tender for 2011 and 2013 TETFund Entrepreneurship Intervention and 2013 TETFund Special Projects.

Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Interested applicants are required to submit pre-qualification documents which should include:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2011 -2013).
iii. The Firm/Company Profile and management structure and registration with relevant professional bodies.
iv. Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs that had been successfully executed within the last five (5) years (please include project completion certificates)
- Company Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years (2011 – 2013)
- Details of equipment to be deployed for the project.
- Evidence of Financial capabilities (attached copy of last six months bank statement)
- Evidence of compliance with Pension Reforms Act 2004 in 2014.
- Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act 2011 in 2014.
- A sworn affidavit that none of its Directors has been convicted in any Country.
xi. A sworn affidavit that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable.
xii. Bank Reference letter.
- All relevant information concerning physical address telephone, email of the company.
- Evidence of VAT registration
- Any other information.
Collection of Tender Document:
Tender document should be collected from the cash office, Bursary Department,Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna upon resentation of evidence of a non-refundable fee made in bank draft payable to the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
Submission /Opening of Documents:
Two copies of Technical and Financial bids must be in separate envelopes and clearly marked appropriately and enclosed in the sealed large envelope and clearly marked with the name of the tender/Lot and addressed to: The Registrar, Federal University of Technology, P.M.B. 65 Minna, Niger State. Submission should be made on or before 12:00 noon of Monday, September 8th 2014.
Bid Opening shall be carried out by 1:00 pm on Monday 8th September 2014 at the Senate Charmber, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna. Intersted bidders may attend.
Interested applicants are to note that:
i) The Federal University of Technology, Minna is neither committed nor obliged to short-listed any Contractor.
ii) The University reserves the right to reject any and/or all bidding packages
iii) This advertisement for invitation shall neither be construed as a commitment on the part of the University.
