Invitation for Tender
(1.0) Introduction
The University Agriculture, Makurdi desirous of implement some projects to be financed from
(A) Special Presidential Intervention
(B) Years 2012/2013/2014 Merged TETFund Normal Intervention
(C) Year 2013 TETFund Special Intervention
Consequently, the University hereby invites interested pre-qualified contractors to bid for the implementation of the protects.

Collection of Tender Documents
Tender Documents are to be collected from the Director of Physical Planning upon presentation of evidence of cash payment at the Bursary Department of the University at the non refundable tender fee prescribed for the Lot.
(3.0) Submission of Tender Documents
(3.1) Interested bidders are to submit tender documents in sealed envelopes appropriately marked “Tender Document” stating the particular Lot at the top right hand corner and addressed to:

(3.2) Tender documents for each Lot shall be submitted separately.
(3.3) All pages of the tender bills must be sealed, stamped and endorsed by tenderers.
(3.4) The closing date for submission of Tenders is 12.00 noon, 16th February, 2015.
(4.0) Opening of Tender Documents
The Tenders shall he opened at 12.00 noon on 16th February, 2015 in the University Senate Chambers. All bidders are hereby invited to attend the bid Opening; Interested members of the public may attend the opening of the bids.
(5.0) Disclaimer and Conclusion
(5.1) This document is published for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer by the University to transact with any party, nor does it constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of the University to procure works or goods.
(5.2) Failure to comply with, the requirements on Bid Security shall automatically result in disqualification, while documents submitted late shall be rejected.
(5.3) The University shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by any interested party in connection to this invitation to tender.
(5.4) The University reserves the right to annul the tender process at any time without incurring any liabilities
