The Ignatius Ajuru University of Education hereby invites reputable and competent companies/firms for pre-qualification and tender for the following (TETFUND) intervention project in the University:
Year 2011 Tetfund Normal Intervention
Year 2013 Tetfund Enterpreneurship Intervention
Year 2014 Tetfund special Intervention
the details are as follows:-
(A) YEAR 2011 TETFUND NORMAL INTERVENTION
Lot 1- Construction of information and Communication Technology Building
Lot 2 – Procurement 30 no. HP Intel Pentium Dual Core CPU 300 G2 Desktop, 2GB Ram, 500GB HOD DVD RW Drive 17″ Monitor Ups 15 no. Pancy Double Unit Computer Desk, 30 no. Emel Office Chair (Sleek V)
(B) YEAR 2013 TETFUND ENTERPRENEURSHIP INTERVENTION
Lot 1 – Procurement and installation of 102 nos. intel Penium CPU 300Gz (Dual Core) Desktop computer Memory 2 GB Window 8, 64 bit OS, 500GB HDD, DVD RW Drive, Monitor 17″ Up Wired and Wireless Facility, UPS
Lot 2 – Procurement of 51 Nos. Pancy Double Unit Computer Desk
Lot 3 – Procurement of 102 Nos. Pancy Chair Model:- PF VC 501
Lot 4 – Procurement and installation of 20 nos. 1.5HP LG Split Unit Air Conditioner
(C) YEAR 2014TETFUND SPECIAL INTERVENTION
Lot 1 – Procurement of Furniture and Equipment for Facility of Humanities Including; 434 no. Classroom Chairs, 8 no. interactive Boards, 8 no Acer Multimedia Projectors, 50 no. Conference Chairs, 11 no 1.5HP LG Air Conditioner, 10 no. Visitors Chairs, 10 no. Office Swivel Chairs, 10 no. 1500 Pancy Office Tables, 2 no 3 HP LG Standing Air Conditioner and other items.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
The Pre-qualification requirement includes:
(1) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(2) Evidence of registration with Ignatius Ajuru University of Education
(3) Tax Clearance Certificate 2011 -2014
(4) Value Added Tax Certificate
(5) Evidence of similar projects/jobs completed, location of the project
(6) Letter from Bank indicating financial capability
(7) Evidence of payment of Education Tax
All the required pre-qualification documents should be neatly bound and submitted with evidence of payment of non-refundable processing fee of twenty-five thousand Naira (N25, 000) only in Bank Draft in favour of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt to:

Not later than 24th March, 2015.
Only successful pre-qualified bidders will be invited to participate in the competitive tendering on payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Thousand (N25,000.00) Naira Only. Tender documents and or items specifications are available at the office of the acting director of works, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Rumuolumeni Campus.
Please take note that full tendering procedure shall be provided only to companies/firms that have successfully pre-qualified as able to execute the said projects/jobs
