The Federal Science and Technical College, Awka, Anambra State, hereby invites interested and competent companies /contractors to submit Technical and Financial bids for the following works, and supplies to the college
Scope of Work:
MDG Projects
Lot 1: Construction of VIP Toilets and Bath rooms.
Lot 2: Provision of modern Kitchen & renovation/completion of Dinning hall
Lot 3: Reticulation of water supply.
2014 Capital Projects
Lot 4: Purchase of 1 no 30 Sitter Coaster bus.
Lot 5: Provision of water treatment facilities.
Lot 6: Construction of a Duplex and 2 storey of 3 flats
Lot 7: Rehabilitation/Repairs of Street Light/Electricity System.
Lot 8: Rehabilitation of 2 blocks of Classrooms
Lot 9: Rehabilitation of School Multipurpose Hall
Lot 10: Construction of drainage system-erosion control
Lot 11: Procurement of Hardware’s and Software’s
Requirements
All bids must be accompanied with the following documents:
- Evidence of registration with corporate Affairs Commission, Articles and Memorandum of Association
- Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate in the last 3 years ending 31st December, 2013.
- Evidence of remittance of ITF Training contribution
- Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances
- Evidence of Pension remittance
- Company Bank Statement for the last 12months and bank reference from Nigerian Bank
- Verifiable Evidence of similar jobs successfully completed in last 3 years
- Full details of company profile indicating the personnel/technical officers to be attached to the job stating roles, designations, qualifications and experience Attached photocopies of professional certificates, curriculum Vitae (CV) where applicable. The Company name, legal status, verifiable contact address, e-mail, telephone numbers and web site if any are essential.
Tender document should be collected from the office of the Vice-Principal (Special Duties) on payment of non-refundable tender fees of N15.000.00 (Fifteen thousand, naira only) for suppliers and N25,000.00 (Twenty five Thousand naira only) for works to the college Bursar)
Submission
The tender document shall be submitted in two (2) copies, all pages dully endorsed by the bidder and thereafter be sealed and labelled (“Technical and Financial bids as appropriate) separately and the two envelopes put in another envelop that shall be sealed and labelled as Technical and Financial Bids for lot and delivered by hand to:
