1.0 In line with the government policy on due pieces, the Bauchi State Ministry of Education hereby invites competent and experience companies to apply for pre-qualification of the following proposed projects:

3.0 Pre-qualification requirements:
3.1 Interested companies are required to submit the following documents:
a) Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
b) Evidence of Tax Clearance for the past 3 years
c) Evidence of Registration with Bauchi State Government
c) Evidence of VAT Registration
d) Evidence of financial Capability/Banking Support
e) List of key personnel showing experience and technical qualification
f) Evidence of similar projects executed
g) List of plants and equipment
4.0 Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
4.1 All applications with relevant pre-qualification documents are to be
submitted in a sealed 15” x 9” enveloped marked appropriately at the
left hand corner and addressed to:

To be Submitted on or before 8th October, 2014
4.2 Please note that only companies that are successful on the pre- qualification shall be invited to tender for the relevant projects.
4.3 Equally note that each project attracts a N10,000.00 non-refundable pre-qualification fee.
