In its effort to improve the living standard of its people, Abadam Local Government invites suitable and refutable contractors to bids in the following projects.
1. Drilling of 600m deep Bore-hole at Malam Fatori.
2. Construction of Ultra Modern shopping complex of 20 shops at Malam Fatori
3. Construction of Ultra Modern shopping complex of 10 shops at fish market at Malam Fatori
4. Construction of Ultra modern shopping complex of 20 shops at Abadam.
5. Construction of A Block of ultra Modern shopping complex of 10 shops at Talatan Ngam.
6. Construction of Ultra modern shopping complex of 10 shops at Garere.
7. Construction of Water cahnnel and dredging at Afunori Mamuri River Yobe.
8. Construction of Drainage along malam fatori central primary school with 410m length.
9. Construction of Block of two(2) classrooms and office at Ya’u primary school
10. Construction of Block of two (2) classrooms and office at yawa primary school.
11. Construction of block of three (3) classrooms and office at Darul Quran Islamiya School at Malam Fatori.
12. Construction of Veterinary Clinic at Jabullam.
13. Construction of Health Clinic at Kanama.
14. Fencing of Graveyard at Mallam Fatori
15. Fencing of Fish Market at Mallam Fatori
16. Construction of Dispensary at Kaukiliya
17. Construction of Primary and Islamiya School at Kaukiliya
18. Construction of Culverts along Abadam-Mallam Fatori Road
19. Completion of Mosque at Mallam Fatori
20. Drilling of 10 Nos. Tube Wells across the Local Government Area.
21. Fencing of Agric Mechanization Workshop at Mallam Fatori.
22. Purchase of Water pumps, Spaghetti making machine and other poverty
alleviation materials.
23. Establishment of Nursery for seedlings at Mallam Fatori.
24. Rrenovation of Chairman’s, Secretary’s Houses and Staff quarters.
25. Purchase and distributions of drugs and equipments to hospitals and clinics
26. Renovation of (Maternity) Staff quarters.
27. Renovation of Maternity Hospital at Mallam Fatori.
28. Purchase of Furniture and other instructional materials to schools.
29. Renovation of District Head’s Palace at Mallam Fatori.
30. Plumbing of Kesa’s Lawanti Bore-Holeat Mallam Fatori.
31. Repairs of Busama Bore-Hole.
32. Purchase of 3 Toyota Land Cruiser pick up.
33. Purchase of Toyota Jeep LX 450.
34. Purchase of Toyota Land Cruiser Concord
35. Repairs at Mallam Kaunari Health Clinic.
36. Pre-Qualification Requirements
1. Certificate of Incorporation.
2. Evidence of Registration with Borno State works Registration Board in Relevant category.
3. Company audited account for the last 3years.
4. VAT Registration and evidence of past remittance.
5. Evidence of Financial capability and Bank support.
6. Annual turnover.
7. Evidence of Previous projects executed over the last 3 years.
Submission of Document: Interested contractors shall submit the relevant document to the Office of the Secretary Abadam Local Government Tenders Committee on or before 21st February 2014
