Invitation for Pre-Qualification of Contractors/Suppliers for the Year 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Projects
The Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic (ATAP), Bauchi wishes to bring to the notice of interested competent and reputable Contractors/Suppliers that the Polytechnic will carry-outworks and supply under the year 2013 Tetfund special Interventions as follows: –
- Construction and furnishing of 250 seater capacity Auditorium
- Construction and furnishing of block of two classroom and ICT Centre
- Construction and furnishing of block of two classroom and skill Laboratory
- Procurement of 12 No. Branded desktop Intel 350GB HDD, Cenino 2.4 – 28,2GB RAM 17 LCD + Antivirus
Pre-Qualification Requirement:
i Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
ii Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years
iii Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
iv Verifiable Evidence of previous experience in area of interest
v Company Profile
vi Three years Audited Accounts/Evidence of Financial Capacity
vii Evidence of compliance with Pension Reform Act, 2004
viii Evidence of compliance with the statutory provision of Section 8 (1) – (3) of the Industrial Training Fund

The application of Pre-qualification must be submitted In sealed envelopes and boldly marked “Pre-qualification
Documents for ….. and should be addressed as follows; The Registrar, Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi State. Applicants are strongly advised to leave behind their contact address and Telephone numbers, please.
Closing Date:
Eligible Contractors/Suppliers are expected to submit relevant document and contact address on or before 19th August the date of this publication as the pre-qualification documents will be publicly opened for processing at a later date. Only qualified companies will be short-listed and invited to tender.

The pre-qualification invitation shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic, Bauchi, Bauchi State nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim what so ever and or seek any indemnity from the Polytechnic by virtue of such company having responded to the advert. The Polytechnic is not under any obligation to include your company on its list of Contractors.
