Invitation for Pre-Qualification for the Construction of 400 Number Two and Three Bedroom Housing Units at Airport Birnin Kebbi and Dakingari

1. Introduction
The Kebbi State Government in its bid to minimize accommodation challenges within the state have proposed to construct 400 No of 2 and 3 Bed room houses in the state.
2. Description of Project
Construction of 400 No Housing Units in Kebbi State as per Breakdown
i. Construction of 300 No 2and 3 Bedroom Houses along Kalgo Road B/Kebbi
ii. Construction of 60 No 2 and 4 Bedroom along Bunza Road, Dakingari
iii. Construction of 40 No 2 and 3 Bedroom Houses within the Kebbi State Airport, Ambursa
3. Pre-Qualification Requirement
a. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b. Evidence of Registration with Kebbi Tenders Board
c. Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
d. Evidence of VAT Registration
e. Reference Letter from a Reputable Bank
f. Company Profile including names, qualification and experience of company Staff
g. Catalogue of similar work successfully executed.
4. Submission of Application for Pre- Qualification
Pre-Qualification documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “PRE-QUALIFICATION” for (state Project) and be delivered not later than 28th February, 2014 and addressed to:
