Invitation for Pre-Qualification for 2014 Zonal Intervention/ Constituency Projects
1. Bayero University, Kano intends to undertake the under-listed project on its new campus.
Pre-qualification exercise is open to all capable and competent contractors who are required to submit the following documents:-
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Duly signed Company Memorandum and Articles of Association by CAC.
- Tax clearance Receipt/Certification for the last three (3) years.
- List of Plants/ Machinery and Equipment with evidence of ownership/ lease.
- List the type of professional personnel working for the Company with copies of their qualifying Certificates.
- List of verifiable and similar projects completed/ on-going within the last three (3) years with completion certificates and or award letters.
- Evidence of Compliance with Pension Reform Act
- Evidence of financial capability to handle the project from a reputable bank.
- Sworn affidavit affirming that none of the officers of the university or BPP is a former or present Director or Stakeholder or has pecuniary interest in the company and that all the information being provided by the company are correct.
- Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Act 2011.
- The pre-qualification documents are to be submitted on or before 8th September 2014 to the Registrar’s Office by 12:00 noon.
- Submissions will be opened by 2:00pm on the same date at the staff training centre of the university.
- Only pre-qualified contractors will be contacted to purchase tender documents
- The general public are cordially invited to attend the opening.
