Invitation for Pre-Qualification
1. Introduction
Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, intends to carry out construction and procurement of the following TETFUND Project.
Lot 1: Construction of Faculty of Basic Medical Science Building
Lot2: Procurement of Office Equipment.
2. Elibilitycr1ter1a
The pre-qualification documents from interested and competent contractors should include the MUST be arranged in the following order and page numbers.
(a) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Company current Tax Clearance for the last 3 years (2011-2013)
(c) Company Audited Accounts for 2010, 2011 and 2012 certified by a Chartered Accountant/Auditor.
(d) VAT Registration and evidence of remittances in the last 3 years (2011 and 2013)
(e) Evidence of performance on similar verifiable and successful executed projects in the last 3 years 2011 to 2013.
(f) List of Managerial, Key Technical and Administration staff of the firm which should include names, curriculum vitae and copies of certificate (Academic and Professional) for each key staff (corporate profile of the firm)
(g) Evidence of PENCOM registration and remittance
(h) Evidence of compliance with the amended ITF Act 2011
(i) Current evidence of financial capacity from reputable banker(s)
3. Pre-Requisite for Processing of Pre-Qualification Documents on Construction and procurement
Payment of non-refundable fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty thousand naira) Bank Draft made payable to Ebonyi State University.
4. Submission of Document and Closing Date
Pre-qualification documents bounded in Max-sealed envelope with the relevant project in which the company is interested in, clearly written at the top right corner and addressed to:

Ebonyi State University
P.M.B. 053, Abakaliki.
Be hand delivered into the pre-qualification box in the Registrar’s
Office not later than 10th March, 2014.
