Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Year 2011 Tetfund Intervention Projects
Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara invites applications from competent Contractors for pre-qualification and Tender for year 2011 Tetfund Intervention Projects
- Projects
(i) Lot 1: Polytechnic/Otefe/Tetfund/11/01
Construction of storey-building for the Department of Science Laboratory Technology consisting of Classrooms, Offices, and Utilities.
(ii) Lot 2: Polytechnic/Otefe/Tetfund/11/02
Construction of a storey building for the Department of Computer Science consisting of Classrooms, Offices, and Utilities
(iii) Lot 3: Polytechnic/Otefe/Tetfund/11/03
Procurement of furniture for Science Laboratory Technology Department.
(iv) Lot 4: Polytechnic/Otefe/Tetfund/11/04
Procurement of Furniture for Computer Science Department.
- Requirements For Pre-Qualification
(i) Name, Address and Telephone Number of Company
(ii) Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission
(iii) Evidence of registration with Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe- Oghara
(iv) Evidence of execution of similar contracts, stating contract sum, evidence of award and timely completion.
(v) Company’s profile including details of key Staff strength, equipment and plants owned or hired.
(vi) Name and address of Bankers including a letter of reference and guarantee from the Bank.
(vii) Evidence of Tax clearance Certificate for the last three years
(viii) A non-refundable processing fee of Twenty Thousand Naira Only (N20,000.00) in Bank draft made payable to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara
- Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
All pre-qualification documents which should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked Pre-qualification documents for year 2011 Tetfund Intervention Project should reach the Registrar, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara on or before July 17th 2014.
- Tender
Pre-qualified Contractors shall be notified in writing and required to tender for the projects of their choice. All tender documents should be accompanied with a non-refundable sum of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) in Bank Draft made payable to Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara.
- Submission of Tender Documents:
All Tender documents which should be marked “Tender for year 2011 Tetfund Intervention Project, should reach the Registrar, on or before 8th August 2014. For the avoidance of doubt, the duration for pre-qualification and tender is six (6) weeks in line with the Public Procurement Act of 2007
