1. Introduction
The Local Government Council in its effort to executive developmental capital project, hereby invite reputable and competent contractors to express their interest on the construction of the following
- Scope of Work
- Construction of wall fence at Jumar Danfadal Primary School
- Construction of line drainage at Sabon Garin Tila Kausani Ward
- Construction wall fence at Lajawa Grave yard
- Construction of wall fence at Wudil Area Sharp A Court
- Construction wall fence at Wudil High Court
3. General Requirements
Interested contractors wishing to carry out the above mentioned project shall submit the under listed documents for verification.
- Evidence of registration and incorporation by Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of registration with Wudil Ward Government as a contractor.
- Company income tax certificate for the last 3 years.
- Company audited account for the last 3 years.
- Evidence of payment of VAT
- Evidence of registration with Kano State
- List of key staff with evidence of proficiency and experience
- Strength of plants and equipments
- Any other evidence that will enhance your competency and reliability Submission of Pre – Qualification Document
Interested bidders are to submit their document to the Office of Director Personal Management (DPM) Wudil Local Government screening in a sealed envelope marked “Prequalification Document” 28th August 2014.
Notice
Nothing in the advertisement shall be construct to be a commitment on the part of Wudil Local Government and only successful contractor will be invited to tender offer screening.
