Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender
1:0 Introduction
1:1 The National Ear Care Centre, Kaduna is desirous of executing the underlisted projects under the 2014 appropriation and hereby invites Competent/Interested Companies/Contractors to submit Pre-qualification/Tender Documents for these projects.
2:0 Request for Technical/Financial Bids
Lot i Rehabilitation of existing Old Medical Store.
Lot ii Extension of Audiology Block to accommodate class rooms for Audiology Technician Course.
Lot iii Procurement of Vehicles.
Lot iv Procurement of Office Furniture and fittings.
Lot v Provision of Solar Security Lights within the Hospital
3.0 Technical/Financial Bids Requirement
Interested bidders are required to submit comprehensive technical and financial information as indicated below:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs
- Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last three (3) years (2011 -2013)
- Evidence of experience in similar jobs in the last three (3) years.
- Evidence of Financial Capability to handle the job.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Names and Addresses of Bankers
- Company Profile including Curriculum Vitae of Key Personnel
- Evidence of Compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2014
- Original Documents of I and II above must be presented for sighting.
- Evidence of payment of non refundable fee of twenty five thousand for Lot i & ii, twenty thousand for Lot iii & iv and fifteen thousand for Lot v for financial bidding payable to the Accounts Department National Ear Care Centre, Kaduna
Scope of Work and Specifications
The scope of work and specification for each project is provided in the Tender Documents which shall be obtained from the Planning Division of Administration Department of foe National Ear care Centre Kaduna on payment of foe financial bidding fee for each lot.
Submission of Tender
Completed Technical and Financial Bids Documents must be sealed in separate envelopes and marked accordingly “Technical Bid” and Financial Bid”. You are to indicate foe Project (Lot) on the bid documents with the Company’s name and Contact Phone Number boldly written on the envelope and addressed to:

Closing Date: All submission must be received at the above address not later than 12 noon on 24th September, 2014. The Technical and Financial Bid Documents shall be opened on 24th September, 2014 by 12 noon.
