Invitation for Bids
Introduction
This is to inform an prospective bidders that the results of the pre-qualification
exercise for the 2010, 2011, 2012 (BOT) and 2011/2012 (merged)
TETFUND Intervention Projects are available at the website of the University: http://www.undusok.edu.ng/docx/UDUS_Prequalification_Result.pdf . The Pre-
qualification results are in respect of LOTS 1A, 1B & 3B, 2A, 2B, 3A, 4A to 4M.
Sequel to the conclusion of the pre-qualification exercise, the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. invites sealed bids from pee qualified bidders under each lot.

Obtaining Bidding Documents
Interested pre-qualified bidders may obtain the Tender Documents from Office of the Director. Physical Planning and Development, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto from 9:00am to 3:00pm Mondays – Thursdays; and 9:00am to 1:00pm Fridays, except on public holidays upon payment of a non-refundable fee as indicated against each lot above. Where a prospective bidder applies for more than one lot, payment of the appropriate fee shall be made in respect of all different lots applied for. The method of payment shall be by cash deposit into the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Mainstreet Bank Account no 7000024703. The Bidding Document(s) can then be collected upon presentation of bank teller as evidence of payment.
Submission of Documents
All bids submitted shall be in English Language and in sealed envelope and clearly marked with the name and number of the Lot being applied for. The bid(s) shall be deposited in a secured tamper proof box at the Office of the Registrar and Secretary, University Tenders Board on or before Monday, September 30th, 2013 by 12.00 noon. Bidders should ensure that they drop their bids in the appropriate boxes for the Lots they are bidding for. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at the Senate Chambers, Ahmadu Bello House, Main Campus, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto at 12.30 pm same day. Submissions received after the deadline will be rejected.
