Invitation for Bid
Federal Government Girls’ College, Umuahia invites competent and experienced contractors to bid for the execution of the following projects under the 2014 Appropriation Act.
Lot 1: Construction of 4 V.I.P. Toilets (Hostel and Classroom Areas)
Lot 2: Construction of 2 Nos. Borehole and Water Reticulation in the Compound.
Lot3: Renovation of 6 Block Staff Quarters.
Qualification Requirements:
- Evidence of Registration with CAC
- Company current three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Evidence of value added Tax (Vat)
- Audited account of the company for the last three (3) years.
- Evidence of PENCOM compliance.
- A copy of company profile.
Collection of Tender Documents:
Tender documents are available for collection from The Secretary, School Tenders Board, Federal Government Girls’ College, Umuahia upon payment of a non refundable fee of N10, 000.00.
Submission of Bids:
All bid documents must be contained in an envelope with “Bid” boldly written at the top right hand corner of the envelope, and addressed to: The Secretary, School Tenders Board, Federal Government Girls’ College, Umuahia, Abia State.
To be submitted not later 13th November 2014.
Opening of Bids:
Opening of Bids shall be by 11 am on Thursday 13th November, 2014 in the conference Room of the college step-B Office.
Note: Only qualified bidders shall be notified.
