Fencing of Amuwo Odofin Housing Estate.

The Lagos State Government has approved the 2015 Budget or Ministry of Housing for Capital projects under the provision for Fencing of Housing Estates and intends to apply part or the proceeds to payments under the contract for the Fencing of Amuwo Odofin Housing Estate, Lagos.

Bidders are to bid for one or more lots; Evaluation will be done on Lot by Lot basis
Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Lagos State Public Procurement Guidelines for Works and are open to all bidders

Qualification Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
Interested competent and reputable Companies wishing to carry out the Projects as described above are required to submit the following documents:
(1) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association.
(2) Last 3years (2011,2012,2013) Tax Clearance Certificate
(3) Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor in at least (3) projects of similar nature and complexity with verifiable letter of Contract award and certificate of job completion within the last Five (5) years.
(4) Detailed Company profile and Organisation structure including names and telephone numbers of key personnel (Technical/Managerial).
(5) Evidence of Financial capability (Reference letter from reputable bank).
(6) Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and evidences of VAT remittances for the last 3 years
(7) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years
(8) Evidence of 3 years development levy for two directors.
(9) Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Tenders Board.
(10) Availability (own/lease/hire) of the essential equipment as listed in the Bidding Data sheet.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable tee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000.00) Payment will be by draft issued in favour of Lagos State Ministry of Housing Alausa Ikeja
The Bidding Document will be collected by hand or sent by Courier upon request.
Bids in sealed envelopes must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noun on Thursday 5th March, 2015 and must be accompanied by the required bid security as indicated in the table above. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Thursday 5th March, 2015 by 12.00 noon, at the Conference Room of the Ministry of Housing Alausa Secretariat Ikeja Lagos State
