General Procurement Notice for 2015 Capital and Recurrent Projects

Introduction
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) intends to undertake the procurement of various projects under its proposed 2015 Capital and Recurrent Budget.
In compliance with the provisions of Public Procurement Act 2007, the Authority wishes to put on notice all interested and competent contractors, suppliers and consultants with relevant experiences for consideration for the execution of the following projects:

Please note that:
- Within the year 2015 and from time to time, the Specific Procurement Notices for these procurements will be advertised on the Authority’s Notice Board and website, National and International Dailies where applicable as well as the Federal Tenders Journal.
- Interested and eligible bidders who wish to participate in the bidding process are advised to be on the lookout for the subsequent Advertisements.
- All documents on responsive criteria such as compliance with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Tax matters, National Pencom Commission, Industrial Training Fund may be referred to Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Inland Revenue Service, National Pension Commission, Industrial Training Fund and other relevant bodies for verification. The Authority also reserves the right to invoke Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007 without incurring any liability to the bidder.
- Procurement of the various Projects shall be subject to the approval of the Authority’s 2014 Budget by the National Assembly.
