Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Provision of Water Supply to New Jumaat Mosque at Fakai of Mahuta Local Government Area
Contract No: KBSTB/MWRRD/144/2015
1. Provision of water supply to new jumaat mosque at Fakal of Mahuta Local Government Area.
2. The Scope of Work for the Project Shall Include the Following
i. Drilling of a complete 150mm dia Borehole with SQ type solar powered pump
ii. Construction of a complete 22.5m3 welded tank on 6m tower
iii. Supply and installation of solar modules
iv. Control room and fencing works
v. Provision of water points and commissioning apron
3. Qualification of Firms Responding to the (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting quotation must shows clear evidence of:
(a). Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT etc.
(b). Kebbi State Tenders board registration certification
(c). Letters of confirmation by applicants bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d). Certification of incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e). Memorandum and articles of Association
(f). Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable.
(g). List of company/consulting firms, machineries, equipment’s and instruments
(h). List of previous works/service executed and evidence of performance.
(i). List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(j). Third party insurance,
4. Deadline for Submission of Quotation
Water engineering firms, representatives of manufacturers of water materials etc are to submit their quotation on or before 5th May 2015.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development Kebbi State reserve the right to reject any bid that does not meet its requirement.
