Advertisement of Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Construction of Three Motorized Boreholes Schemes at Illelar, Bagiza, Rausa Liman and Sangelu Villages in Arewa Local Government Project Contract Name:  KBSTB/MWRD/189/2013

1.       Construction of three number Motorized Boreholes Schemes at Illelar Bagiza, Rausa Liman and Sangelu Villages in Arewa Local Government.

2.       The Scope of works for the project shall includes the following:

i.        Construction of 3 Number complete Boreholes with accessories

ii.       Construction of 45m3 elevated water Tank on 6m tower

iii.      Provision of 17KVA standby generator

iv.      Provision of 3KM reticulation network

v.       Fencing /Civil works and others

3.       Qualification of Firms Responding of the (RFQ)

Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers of water materials etc in presenting quotation must show dear evidence of

a.       Payment of Corporate Taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc

b.       Kebbi State Tenders Board Registration Certificate

c.       Letters of confirmation by applicant’s banker on having financial, capacity to execute the contract

d.       Memorandum and articles of association

e.       Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms

f.       Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable

g.       List of company/consulting firms, machineries, equipments and instruments.

h.       List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance

i.        List of company/consulting firms, personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field

j.        Third Party insurance

4.       Deadline for the Submission of Quotation

All interested companies are to submit their quotation on or before 3^rd April 2014.

The ministry of water resources and rural development kebbi state reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirements.
