Invitation to Tender for Contract for the Supply of Minimax Brand of Fire Extinguishers for NNPC Corporate Headquarters 

The purpose of this advert is to invite interested reputable Companies, who are representatives of the manufacturers to submit Commercial Tender for the Contract for supply of ANGUS, KIDDIE, GGS France, and MINIMAX, Brands of Fire Extinguishers

Interested Companies are invited to quote for the Extinguishers as specified below:

Instruction to Bidders

Interested companies shall submit tender (Commercial) documents detailing:

(1)     Quoted price for the commercial tender with VAT inclusive; and validity.

(2)       Evidence of Agency of Original Equipment Manufacturer

(3)     Full details of company profile with Certificate of Incorporation in Nigeria, Certified true copies of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company and CAC form C02 and C07 (Particulars of Directors).

(4)     Evidence of VAT registration and remittance.

(5)     Evidence of compliance with part iv, 16(6d) of the Public Procurement Act 2007 as it relates to pension (Certificate or exemption from PECOM) and section 1(2) Pension Reform Act 2004.

(6)       Evidence of compliance with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act 2011 by inclusion of a copy of Compliance Certificate from the Industrial Training Fund.

(7)       Audited accounts for the past three (3) years (2012, 2013 and 2014)

(8)       Current and in-place organizational structure with detailed experience and skills of key management personnel with names.

(9)       Evidence of financial capability/bank reference.

(10)     Evidence of relevant verifiable work experience on similar service in

Nigeria over the past five (5) years. Please attach reference letter.

(11)     Any additional information that will enhance the potential of the company.

Registration with NNPC

Note that Registration with NNPC Headquarters or any of its subsidiaries will be an added advantage.

Submission of Bid Documents

The requested information and any supporting documents should be submitted in four copies each (one original and three copies) for commercial tender: The documents which shall be in single package, should be sealed and clearly narked “Tender for Procurement of Fire Extinguishers” to reach the address given below, on or before 4.00pm, Tuesday 13^th August 2015

Important Information

(1)       Late submission shall be rejected.

(2)       Your company shall provide NNPC with a letter of authority to verify all claims made in your submissions.

(3)     All costs incurred by your company as a result of this pre-qualification exercise and any subsequent request for information shall be to your account.

NNPC reserves absolute discretion and right to either accept or reject any documents and it shall not be required to assign a reason for refusal to enter any correspondence concerning the selection of any contractor for the services.

The tendering or any related process neither creates any commitment by NHPC nor establishes any legal relationship.
