Contract title: Supply and Delivery of Foods Items
Location – Yobe State, Nigeria
Coopi has presented a funding request to the EU Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection department (ECHO) for the implementation of the humanitarian Action entitled “Supporting IDPs and host communities in Yobe State by a multi-sectorial intervention” and intends to apply a portion of that grant to payments under this contract. No party other than COOPI shall derive any rights from the grant or have any claim to its proceeds. Under no circumstances or for no reason whatsoever will ECHO entertain any request for indemnity or payment directly submitted by the COOPI’s contractors.”

(2) Contracting authority
Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI) is an Italian non-governmental organization founded in 1965. COOPI started its operation in the north-eastern part of Nigeria on July 2014, supporting IDP’s through a multi-sectorial intervention focused on Food Security, Shelter and Wash.
(3) Description of the contract
For the implementation of the above mentioned program (point 3 of this notice) COOPI intends to contract a supplier for the supply and delivery of 138.375 metric tons of food of the following varieties: white rice, beans, maize, millet, vegetable oil, palm oil, sugar, salt and Maggi.

From 10/07/2015/ to 10/07/2016

Tenders must be submitted using the standard tender form included in the tender dossier, whose format and instructions must be strictly observed. (7) Deadline for submission offenders
Date: 08/07/2015. Time: 4pm, local time. The deadline for submission of tenders must be combined with the public opening. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.
