Invitation to Submit Expression of Interest to Redevelop, Lease, Operate and Transfer a Commercial Building Located in the Central Business District of Ibadan, Oyo State
Greenwich Trust Limited, on behalf of its client, Odu’a Investment Company Limited (“Odu’a”) is pleased to invite interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) with regards to the proposed redevelopment of Aje House, Ibadan.
Aje House is a high-rise commercial building with twelve (12) floors and an additional two (2) storey building annex. The commercial building is strategically located at No 1, Lebanon Street, Dugbe, in the Central Business District of Ibadan, Oyo State.
Our Client seeks to enter into a commercial agreement with a qualified contractor equipped with the technical and financial capacity to redevelop the existing structure into a modern structure, operate and transfer the property within a pre-agreed period. This is in line with the long term objective of Odu’a to deliver an ultra-modern commercial facility of choice within the vicinity.
Consequently, interested parties with track record in the Nigerian construction sphere and financial capability are hereby invited to submit their EoI in line with the stipulated key requirements below:
Key Requirements for the Submission of EoI
Section 1:
Detailed corporate profile which must include Registered Business Address, Brief History, Line of Business, Profile of the Directors and Management, Ownership Structure and key contact details.
Section 2:
Corporate Information, which must include Certificate of Incorporation, Recent Particulars of Directors (CAC7), Memorandum and Articles of Association, Recent Statement of Share Capital and Allotment (CAC 2) and Tax Returns.
Section 3:
Financial Information such as Audited Accounts for the last two (2) financial years and Management Accounts where applicable.
Section 4:
Trade Record, which must summarize the bidder’s experience in the construction industry with particular focus on Commercial Properties. Section 5: Bank Draft in favor of “Odu’a Investment Company Limited” for the sum of Fifty Thousand Naira only (N50,000) being a non-refundable application fee.
Selection Process
Interested Parties will be shortlisted and invited to the next phase based on strict adherence to the key requirements of the EoI stated above.
All parties will be required to submit two (2) printed copies of its EoI in a sealed envelope initialed by the authorized signatories on all pages. The envelope shall be addressed as follows:
