Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Supply and Installation of Incinerators

Reference: LITB-2015-9117785

UNICEF Nigeria Country Office wishes to invite qualified Suppliers to submit a bid for supply and installation of Incinerators as specified below. The main objective of the proposed contract is to equip 31 Local Government Agencies (LGAs) with capability to incinerate Waste generated by injection materials.

Incinerator: Pre-assembled, containerized type

Burning rate: 100-120     kg /hour

Fuel type: Fuel oil (diesel)

• Installation/set upon the sites
• Training of personnel to operate the incinerators
• Test running for three weeks
• Minimum of one year warrantee with maintenance contract

Delivery and Installation: List of locations is provided in the section 2 of the Invitation to Bid (see below).

Qualification Requirements

(1)     Minimum of 3 years of existence and experience in supply, installation of Incinerators

(2)     Minimum 2 years of experience in provision of similar services and implementation of similar contracts.

(3)     Financial Capacity: Average Annual turnover of 4M USD for the past two years

(4)     Personnel: At least two key staff with technical expertise in subject area in Nigeria

(5)     Certificates of satisfactory completion of similar Projects of comparable size during the last 2 years (assessed by relevance and volume of contracts).
