Request for Proposals for Ground-Handling of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims in Israel, Rome and Greece for 2015 Pilgrimage Operation.
(1.0) Introduction:
(1.1) The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) in compliance with its statutory functions, intends to carry out the Ground Handling of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims in Israel, Rome and Greece under the 2015 Christian Pilgrimage Operation.
(1.2) The NCPC therefore, wishes to Request for Proposals (RfP) from interested and competent firms with qualification and experience to provide minimum of Three (3)-Star hotel accommodation in a secure environment and all logistics for the pilgrims. The detail scope of services is in the RfP:
(2.0) Eligibility Criteria:
Foreign companies applying must partner with a Nigerian Company, must be involved in Travel and Tours and licensed by NCPC.
Bidders should provide the following as responsive minimum requirement for the project
(a) Evidence of Company Registration.
(b) Verifiable Tax Clearance Certificates for the Last 3 years (2012, 2013 & 2014).
(c) Evidence of Pension Registration & Remittances, Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and Social Security Contribution (NSITF).
(d) VAT Registration and Remittances.
(e) Detailed Company Profile.
(f) For Joint Venture, include Agreement.
(g) Annual Audited Reports for the last 3 years (2012, 2013 & 2014) showing a turnover of $7million USD in any of the years.
Additional technical documentation requirements to be submitted by bidders are contained in the RfP.
(3.0) Collection of Request for Proposals:

(4.0) Submission of Documents:
(4.1) Completed proposals (Two sets of hard copy and One Electronic copy in compact disk and Microsoft office) shall be submitted in sealed envelope and appropriately marked “Project Name” at the top right hand corner and addressed to:

(4.2) The closing date for submission in respect of the project is on or before 12.00noon on Monday, 4th May, 2015. Note: Submissions via emails or fax will be rejected.
(4.3) The Request for Proposals will be opened on Tuesday, 5th May, 2015 at 1.00pm at the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission Abuja. Nigeria.
(4.4) Only firms whose technical proposals fulfill the minimum requirements would be considered for the next stage. Agreement will be signed with only the successful bidder (Ground Handler).
