Re: Invitation to Pre-Qualification and Tenders for the Year 2013 Tetfund Special Intervention Projects in Nasarawa State University, Keffi.
Addendum:
Further to the advert on the above in the Daily Trust Newspaper of 19th February, 2015, we wish to make the following clarifications:
- Date of the advert:
The advert under reference appeared on February 19th 2015 edition of the Daily Trust Newspaper and not 19th January, 2015 as erroneously indicated on page 42 of the newspaper. The mix-up is highly regretted. The commencement date of the advert is therefore 19th February, 2015.
- List of Projects:
Following advice from the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) to the effect that procuring entities should patronize the accredited dealers of locally assembled vehicles, LOT 2 i.e. Procurement of Vehicles is hereby expunged from the advert. Contractors who indicated interest for this LOT are advised to contact the Bursary Department for refund of the tender fee paid.
- Tender Fee:
The non-refundable tender fee is now N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) for each LOT, Prospective contractors who paid the sum of N100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Naira Only) shall be refunded the excess charge on presentation of payment receipt to the Bursary Department.
- Submission and Opening of Documents:
The deadline for submission of bids is 2nd April, 2015 at 12.00 noon and the opening shall take place immediately.
Prospective contractors are hereby advised to note the foregoing and comply accordingly, please.
