Tender Notice
The Kagarko Government intends to carry out the following projects being part of 2013 Subsidy Reinvestment Programme (SURE-P).
(a.) Construction of Drainage at Kagarko North (Gidan Mallam-Ung.Waje).
(b.) Construction of Drainage at Kagarko South (Ung. Kurmi-Karofi).
(c.) Construction of One Block of Classrooms and Office at Kukui Ward.
(d.) Construction of Drainage at Jere North.
(e.) Renovation of PHC Centre at Bariki, Kagarko.
Tender Requirements
Interested, suitable and reputable companies are required to possess and submit the following as part of expression of interest documents.
(i.) Certificate of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
(ii.) Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance
(iii.) Company’s current profile including curriculum vitae of the key personnel
(iv.) List of equipment owned with evidence of ownership, lease or hire
(v.) Company Audited Account for 3 years
(vi.) Evidence from the Company’s Bankers as to its financial capacity/Bank support to undertake the works if awarded.
Additional Information
(i.) The advertisement shall not be considered as commitment on the part of the Kagarko Local Government nor shall it entitle any company to make any claim whatsoever.
(ii.) Notwithstanding the submission of tender data, the Kagarko Local Government is neither committed nor obligated to include your company in any bid list or award any form of contract to your company
(iii.) The Kagarko Local Government reserves the right to make available the tender documents to shortlisted companies only.
Interested bidders should purchase the bidding document from the office of the Director of Works from 11th March, 2015 to 23rd March, 2015.
All completed bidding documents should be returned on or before 24th March, 2015.
