You are invited to the pre-qualification assessment tender for the provision of goods and services. Please find attached to this letter the prequalification documents and requirements.

Acceptance of your bid and any subsequent contract are subject to International Rescue Committee terms and conditions of procurement.
The International Rescue Committee DO NOT bind themselves to accept the prequalification document.
Invitation to Tender
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a private international, non-sectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
IRC has been active in Nigeria since 2012, providing essential services for refugees and host communities.
In partnership with several international donors, the IRC is continuing its operations in North East Nigeria and has a requirement to prequalify interested suppliers for the provision of goods and services listed below.
