This is to inform the general public that our request for tender earlier published in the “Federal Tenders Journal” of Monday November 3 – Sunday November 16, and “Thisday” October, 23rd, 2014 have been amended as published below.
Accordingly, bidders and the general public are hereby informed to read through this new publication and respond appropriately.

(3) Qualification Requirements
Interested Companies are expected to possess the following basic requirement: –
(i) Evidence of Compliance Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of Company’s Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
(iii) Evidence of Current Pensions Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
(iv) Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the provision of section 6(1)(3) of the amended Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No. 19 of 2011.
(v) Audited Account for the past three (3) Years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
(vi) Curriculum Vitae (CV) including relevant experience of key Personnel.
(vii) Evidence of Financial Capability and support from Bank.
(viii) Company’s Profile reflecting experience and works of Similar Nature and Value.
(4) Collection of tender Documents
Qualified, interested and eligible contractors are to collect tender bid document from Procurement Department; 9th Floor, Federal Ministry of Information, Garki, Abuja.
(5) Submission of Tender Documents
The completed Technical and Financial Tender Documents must be submitted in three (3) copies each, including one original and two (2) copies in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Technical bid and Financial Bid” with both sealed in a hard envelope marked with the Appropriate Project Title, and the Company Name at the top right hand corner addressed and delivered to the address below not later than 12 noon on Thursday, 4th December, 2014.

(6) Opening of Tenders
The Technical bid will be publicly opened at the Press Centre immediately after the close of bids submission on Thursday, 4th December, 2014.
(7) Contractors or their representatives, interested members of the public and relevant Non Governmental Organization (NGOs) are invited to witness the opening of the technical Bids as relevant Non Governmental Organization (NGOs) will be subsequently invited to witness the opening of the Financial Bid Documents.
(8) Additional Information/Disclaimer
(i) Notwithstanding the submission of your tender data, the Federal Ministry of Information is neither committed nor obligated to include your company in any bid list or award any form of contract to a company or agent.
(ii) This advertisement shall not be constituted as a commitment on the part of the Ministry nor shall it entitle potential companies to make any claims whatever to seek any indemnity from the Ministry by virtue of such company having responded to such advertisement.
(iii) The Ministry reserves the right to make available the tender documents to qualified bidders only.
NOTE:
- In all a bidder must not bid more than Two (2) lots.
- Based on the earlier advertisement of this tender of 23rd of October, 2014, the closure of this tender will be on the 4th December, 2014 with the opening of the bid immediately.
