This is to draw the attention of the general public to the general requirements in our earlier publication in respect of the “Invitation to Bid for the Selection and Implementation of an Integrated Regulatory Solution for the Central Bank of Nigeria”
The advertisement is hereby amended as follows:
General Requirement
Interested and competent vendors wishing to provide the above services to the CBN must submit the following documents for verification:
(a) Evidence of Certificate of incorporation and Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(b) Evidence of Company Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
(c) Comprehensive company profile including registered address functional contact email address, GSM phone Number(s), facsimile number(s).
(d) Verifiable evidence of similar jobs successfully executed in the past
(e) Reference Setter from bank stating financial ability to carry out such
Service(s).
(f) Current company’s audited statement of account
(g) Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
(h) Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the provisions of Section 6(1) (3) of the amended industrial Training Fund (ITF) Act No, 19 of 2311.
All submissions must be received at the under mentioned address latest by 2.00 pm on the 11th December, 2014:
