Invitation for Bids (IFB)

Plan International invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of Motor Vehicle as stated below:

(1)     Bidding will be conducted competitively through transparent process.

(2)     Qualification requirement include:

All bids must be Toyota Nigeria registered vendors with the following documents as pre-requisites for consideration.

• Audited Financial Statement for the last three years.
• Evidence of Financial capability and banking support.
• Verifiable evidence of 2 contracts of similar nature and complexity executed successfully in the last 3 years.
• List of previous supplies and name/email address and phone number of the contact person.
• A sworn Affidavit that none of the Directors has been convicted by any country for any criminal offences including fraud or financial impropriety.
• Evidence of remittance of Value Tax certificate for the last three(3) years.
• Copies of company name and CAC RC number.
• Evidence of compliance with the relevant provisions of the Pension Reforms Act 2004.

Bid must be addressed and delivered to the Country Representative, attention:

Innocent Oche, Plan International on or before 27^th November, 2014. Late bids

will be rejected. Qualified candidates will be contacted.
