Invitation to Tender
1.0 Introduction
The Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related Offences Commission invites interested experienced, and competed Consultants in Estate Valuation to Tender in the Commission’s Asset Tracing and Recovery Management.
2.0 Scope: The scope of work to be carried out consists of the following:
- Management and timely updates on seized and forfeited assets accordingly to usage at the time of recovery
- Work with assigned officers of the Commission in management of the seized and forfeited assets
- Routine visits to location of seized and forfeited assets with adequate report to the Commission through assigned officer of the Commission
- The Managers shall work with the Government licensed Auctioneer in situation of any Public Auction.
- Adequate management of Facilities attached with the Assets.
3.0 Requirements: Interested Valuers should submit the following required documents along with their proposals:
- Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, including certified true copies of memorandum and articles of Association forms C02 and C07.
- Evidence of similar properties handled in the past (5) five years
- Company profile indicating key professionals with their experience in similar property handling and registration with professional Bodies (NIESV).
- The organization Annual audited account for the last Clearance Certificate for the last (3) three years.
- Evidence of registration with a national Pension Commission and evidence of remittance of employee’s contribution to a pension funds Administrator.
- A sworn affidavit that all information provided to the Commission is true and correct and none of the Commission’s staff has any particular interest in the organization.
- Evidence of non-refundable N20, 000 (twenty Thousand Naira) Only as processing fees, paid to the Accounts Departments of the Commission.
- Any additional information to this effect.
4.0 Collection & Submission of Tender
Tender documents are to be submitted in sealed envelope marked “Tender to be a Consultant Estate Valuer), addressed to the Secretary (ICPC, Plot 802 Constitutional Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja) and deposit same in the Tender Box at the Commission’s Secretary’s office, on or before 27th August 2014, and shall be opened after the expiration of the date in the presence of the representatives of the Tenderers and members of the general public who may wish to attend.

- Late submission will be rejected
- False claims and failure to comply with the instructions above or failure to provide any of the listed documents, May automatically lead to disqualification.
- Nothing in this advertisement shall be constructed to be a commitment on the part of the ICPC to undertake the project, reply any Company not found suitable or such company whatsoever in respect of any expenses incurred.
