In its continued efforts to optimize performance in the Help Areas and clinics, the Corps hereby invites interested and competent companies to bid for the supply of the under listed health/medical equipment:

- Pre-Qualification Requirements
Pre-qualification requirements are listed hereunder:
a. Comprehensive Company Profile
b. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
c. Evince of payment of tax for the last three years (2010, 2011 and 2012)
d. Evidence of VAT registration
e. Verifiable proof of company’s financial capacity to deliver (Bank reference)
f. Evidence of payment of training contnbut.ons to ITF (Industrial Training Fund)
3. Deadline For Submission
Four (4) enveloped copies of technical submission and an enveloped financial
submission, all placed in a much larger envelope should be appropriately marked and submitted at the Corps Procurement Office, Federal Road Safety Corps, Head
Quarters, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja on or before 12.00 noon, Monday 11th August, 2014.
- Opening of Bids
Opening of bids shall take place on Monday 11th August, 2014 immediately after the close of bids in the Visitors Room (by the quarter guard) FRSC Headquarters Wuse Zone 3, Abuja.

- For ease of identification, the reverse side of the larger envelope should bear the company’s name, address and phone number(s) of contact person(s).
- Please adhere strictly to closing date of bids.
