Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) Year 2013 Special Intervention Projects

Tenders are invited from interested and competent contractors to pre-qualify for construction/ procurement of the following in the College:

1. Construction of 2No Blocks of Double Classrooms fully furnished with detached 2No VIP pit latrine Project No. COE/DUTSIN-MA/TETFUND/SP/13/01
2. Procurement, Installation and Training of Koha Integrated Library System and e-Granary Digital Library. Project No. COE/DUTSIN-MA/TETFUND/SP/13/02

Pre-Qualification Requirements

• Evidence of registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years.
• Evidence of VAT Registration Certificate.
• Payment of non-refundable processing fee of N15, 000.00 per lot.
• Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of the Registrar between the hours of 10:00am and 2:30pm on Mondays to Thursdays and from 10:00am to 12:00 noon on Fridays.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Document

1. The Pre-qualification document must be sealed and returned to the Office of the Registrar not later than 18^th July, 2014.
2. Pre-qualification is not a commitment by the College nor shall it entitle tenderers to any claim whatsoever. It is not an invitation to tender.
