RE: Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Highway Construction/Rehabilitation Projects and Expression of Interest(S) For Consultancy Services for Engineering Design and Construction Projects
Addendum
Further to the Ministry’s advertisement in the newspapers dated Monday, 19th/Tuesday 20th May, 2014 inviting interested competent companies to submit prequalification/expression of interest documents for various projects intended for procurement in 2014, the Ministry wishes to make the following amendments:
| 1 | The procurement of the construction of Panyam Bokkos- Wamba road in Plateau State is hereby withdrawn. |
| CATEGORY B: An annual turnover of not less than N2bn and not more than N10bn (as stated in a variable certificate) in the last three (3) years; | |
| CATEGORY C: An annual turnover of not less than N500m and not more than N2bn (as stated in a verifiable tax clearance certificate) in the last three (3) years. | |
| 3 | The Ministry intends to procure under 2014 Appropriation the construction of Wamba – Wanse road in Nassarawa State which is classified under CATEGORY B. |
Please Note The Following:
a. Pre-qualification and Expression of Interest documents are now to be opened immediately after closing of submission of bids as follows:
- Expression of Interest for consultancy services on Tuesday, 17th June, 2014;
- Categories ‘A & B’ on Wednesday, 18th June 2014;
- Category ‘C projects on Thursday, 19th June 2014; and
The opening will commence by 12 noon each day respectively, immediately after closing of submissions at the Ministry’s Conference Room.
b. All other items in the earlier advertisement remain relevant.
