Interested Investors Are to Note the following Guidelines:
- Investors are to submit Expression of Interest containing full name of the company, contact person, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.
- Investors expressing interest in this company would have their expression of interest evaluated. Thereafter, pre-qualified applicants will be issued an Information Memorandum on the company upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of N 100,000.00 in Bank Draft payable to “Babington Consulting Ltd”.
3. A signed Confidentiality Agreement with the prospective investors shall be a pre-requisite for conducting due diligence on the company.
